In the room before Silk Spear hit the lever after the overgrown pilgrim on the way up

Exit left behind breakable wall
Drop down to Craggler path to Wormways
Mask Shard 1, SQ

Drop back down and to the left
Continue down into the exit the lever opened up
Follow the path at the top of Bone Bottom to the First Spool Fragment [You can opt to damage tank the trap before the breakable wall to avoid waiting]
Stand on the button and continue past Shakra's room to Bell Beast

Bell Beast {2}
SQ after silk heart

Open bell bench by hitting lever and reentering the room, continue to the right
Gather Silk on your way to Deep Docks
Perform the Flintpogo skip in the room before Deep Docks to the arena 
Mask Shard 2 (you can hit the lever and collect the mask shard at the same time to save waiting for the door to open)

Swift Step
Hit the lever before Lace and drop down, take left elevator and exit left
Drop down and take first right exit
Pogo up to Spool Fragment 2 {3}
Lace 1 {4}

Warding Bell {5}
Bench at the Seamstress, equip Warding Bell
Talk to Seamstress and accept Flexile Spines
Continue to the right and get spine cores from Hokers (You can use aoe hit from warding bell damage tanks to collect all spines)
Once you have enough, SQ
Talk to Seamstress and hand in Flexile Spines to get Drifter's Cloak {6}

Exit to the Right and go up the stream before the hoker room
Platform to the left beyond breakable rocks into the thorns room
Mask Shard 3

Exit and navigate to 4th Chorus boss room
Kill 4th Chorus (You can pogo onto his head to hit the rocks early to quick kill) {7}

Navigate to Greymoor
Left to Halfway Home
After Greymoor Arena, down and to the left 
Platform up the tower, then left
In the room before Moorwing, navigate to the Reaper Chapel
Reaper's Crest {8}

Bellhart (optional you can change back to reaper's crest if you want)
Stick Bug arena
Mask Shard 4 before Garama Skip room (right exit under the garama skip exit) {9}
